Shipping policy

Processing times

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24-28 hours. You will receive a tracking number on dispatch of your order.

 

Domestic orders

  • All orders are sent via Australia post. 
  • Our standard shipping rate is $6.50 and free for orders over $40. (Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery: This may be longer during busy periods)
  • Express shipping is $12.50 (Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery: This may be longer during busy periods)
  • Please note that selecting express shipping does not affect processing time only the delivery speed of the order.

 

International Shipping

  • Our international orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL. 
  • Standard orders are $6.50 and are sent via Australia Post. (Estimated delivery time of 10-25 business days).

  • Express international orders are at a flat rate of $30 (Estimated delivery time of 5-18days). These will be sent via DHL or Australia Post depending on availability. 

Australia Post shipments will be handled by Australia Post while in Australia, once they leave Australia they will be handled by your local postal service. DHL Express shipments will be handled by DHL from collection to delivery. Please note we cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.

Customs and Duties

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged customs, duties, or other taxes on the delivery of your order. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country ( Every country has there own thresholds for imports).

Any import fees, taxes, or duties remain the responsibility of the receiver and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Vibrant Hound is not liable for any of these fees. 

If you refuse to pay a fee that is charged and the order is returned to us, any fees that are applicable for the return of the parcel will be deducted from the return of store credit ( Please note the original shipping fees cannot be returned either)
