Warranty, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

We want you to love your Vibrant Hound products. If you’re not completely satisfied, please refer to our return policy below.

No refunds for change of mind: Unless required by law, we don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Order cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled except as outlined in these terms. No refunds will be given for cancelled orders.

Warranty: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, we’ll happily repair, replace, or refund it depending on the issue.

Return shipping: If returning a faulty item, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Processing time: Please allow 48 hours for us to process your return. Some faulty items may require manufacturer approval, which can take 2-4 weeks.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Return Information

We want you to be happy with your Vibrant Hound purchases.

Return window: You have 30 days from purchase to return your item.

Return fee: A $9.95 return fee applies.

Exclusions: Gift cards.

Return condition: Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards.

Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Final sale: Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Free gifts: If you returned items that qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned.

FIRST PURCHASE RETURNS
The products must be in new condition, HAIR-FREE, odourless and in original packaging to be eligible for a Credit note. For store credit, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to give you a credit note if 30 days have passed since your order.

How to return your items:
  • EMAIL US AT INFO@VIBRANTHOUND.COM IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
    You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. ( Unless this is your first order).
    If you're shipping an item worth more than $50, you should use a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance. We can't promise that we'll get your returned object. Items that cannot be returned include Final Sale items and Gift Cards.
  • If you have any concerns about your return, please email info@vibranthound.com. In the subject line of your email, please include your order number.

Store Credit (if applicable)

Your credit note will be processed and you will receive store gift cards once your return has been received, reviewed, and accepted (the item must meet our return requirements). This could take up to 5-7 business days for us to process. Credit notes that are late or missing: Please contact us at info@vibranthound.com if you have not yet received your store credit.

Exchanges 

 At this time, we do not allow exchanges. Because of the high probability of selling out, the only way to insure that you will obtain your desired item/size/colour is to place a NEW order for the item in your desired size/colour and return the unused HAIR-FREE item.

Gift Cards

  •  Gift cards have an expiry of 1095 days from the date the gift card is purchased.
  • Making a purchase after the purchase date will not extend the expiry of the card. Credit on the gift card can not be exchanged for cash.
  • The dollar value dominated on the gift card is in Australian dollars.
  • When the cost of a purchase exceeds the value of the gift card. The consumer will be required to pay the difference.
